After a short discussion on the state of the finances concerning the Geneva meeting (still uncertain) and about the need for a wrap-up meeting ("yes"), the possible locations (the canadian government would sponsor Ottawa, Chicago following the IETF-conference would facilitate the organisation, L.A. I believe would save Jon Postel one of the flights he so despises) and the purpose of such a _last_ meeting (present the legal documents of the nIANA? When and how would these have bee developed?), an agenda was set up:

-wrap-up meeting
-Buenos Aires
-debriefing of Geneva
-PR strategy/transcripts of the workshop results on the web
-website - for all documentation?
-credentials
-next cc

The subject "wrap-up meeting" including the decision of input or output meeting (-> legal document/ constitution of nIANA to be developed or presented) was put off for the next conference call, though Tamar Frankel noted that there was also the possibility of preparing a wrap-up meeting only for an emergency: in case Singapore (or Buenos Aires) still needed summarization in presence of as many people as possible.

There were many questions concerning the meeting in Buenos Aires. As CABASE is the main, possibly only sponsor, the representative character of the meeting must be especially ensured as well as the (continental) support for the conference on August 20th. It is apparently also uncertain whether it will be a purely informative meeting, which would not give any input to the IFWP-process, or a meeting where reaching consensus is the main goal. It was decided to wait for Wednesday's conference call, organised by the South Americans, to verify how broadly representative the meeting will be, in what context it will be held and whether there is any aim for consensus that would make the conference valuable to the IFWP.

It was addressed that the credentials (Steering committee) mailing list will be updated as there are two new members to the SC: Jay Fenello (ORSC)and Christopher Ambler (ORSC).
